Just a few explanations with regard to the web site
There are a couple of restrictions with regard to the on-line Events Calendar
- The calendar requires that an event has a start time and an end time. Most of our events do not have a specific end time, so we have just entered a reasonable estimate. Where an event has a specific end time we will put this in the narrative
- Where an event covers a number of days, we have just entered it in the calendar against the start date, and the start and end date will be stated in the description.
The web site has a facility for a user to create a login and request membership of the web site. At this moment this doesn't provide any benefit to the user. The main purpose would be to allow users access into a 'members only' area. At the moment we are keeping things simple and don't want to burden members with more passwords to remember.
